Pfft, this was a challenge for me because I honesty don't know how a Simisage uses "Vine Whip". The anime hasn't revealed it yet and the manga says Pansage uses it from its tail...but Idk, I always pictured the vines coming from, like, the back of Sol's hair or from his wrists like Spider-Man.
