Quirks: Jasper is rather cordial, but tends to show characteristics of aloofness and will sometimes prefer being alone rather than in the presence of others. He enjoys quiet and solitude. Usually, the Mewtwo keeps to himself and does not always convey all of his emotions–to their fullest extent– aloud. Though when he does interact with those he's close to, he is quite easy to get along with. His words can come across as blunt, indifferent, or even robotic sometimes, but he believes in honesty and tries not to lie. He feels that the world will offer him many things to learn, and thus he is receptive and considerate of others' opinions. However, Jasper can be extremely careful and overly cautious at times–a trait he's developed from staying in hiding in fear of mortal discovery. If there's a way to wiggle out of a situation through escape, he will definitely take that route.

"Once we have successfully cloned one, we can clone more and use them to our disposal. With our technology, we can perfect the first Mewtwo we'd made into one that will mold per our desires and guidance."

Along with the others of his cloning caste, Jasper—or at the time, Clone No. #527737—was genetically modified to be as close to the first Mewtwo scientists had created. He lacked, however, any defining traits that would separate him from his cloned brothers and sisters—be it in terms of personality or physicality (personality was monitored through brain wave activity and neural studies). Obedient, quiet, and lacking much emotion, this was how he and his siblings responded. They were all the same and did not differ. That was why it was so easy for the scientists to dispose of the experiments that did not turn out how they wanted them to, cutting the power to their oxygen and nutrient IVs in their test tubes.

Tests were inflicted upon each clone, to study their physique, mentality, and abilities/reactions in certain situations. How would the clone respond if this many electrical watts were introduced into their nerves? What would happen if they were exposed to this frequency of sound? Any type of experiment the scientists could think of, really, that would test the clones' limitations.

Sometimes though, in certain peaks of the growth period, the clones would begin to show signs of "self-awareness" throughout the observational periods. Those who became self-aware usually awoke from their dormant state earlier than the set time. Jasper's eyes opened on June 11th. Before the scientists could administer any sort of knock-out gas or liquid to the chamber, Jasper acted on pure instinct and psychically blasted the capsule containment open. What he was greeted with was enough to send him into a startle: too many noises…too many voices and sounds of panic—even though Jasper's first steps were awkward and quite clumsy (resulting in him knocking down a few tables with glass vials), he managed a nonviolent escape out of the laboratory facility with minimal damage caused to the building…purposely at least.

Escaping past the cities and into the forest, Jasper stumbled into the dank, quiet environment of a cave on the mountainside. There, he called this place "home" for more than several years and kept most of his existence a secret from the outside world. Sure a few human stragglers often wandered into the cave—even some other Pokemon stumbled upon him at times—but Jasper made sure to stay well hidden from sight.

However, one can only stay hidden for so long and he was soon discovered by his genetic counterpart. A female Mew named Chardet, who taught him—for lack of better terms—how to live in return for sharing the cave with him. Now that he was away from his cloning caste, she told him that he was his own individual and could develop any personality that he wanted. With her guidance, Jasper learned the different "emotions" that would leave a lasting impression on him—fear, anger, laughter and sadness. During their time together, Jasper also adopted different mannerisms from Chardet, such as the purpose of wearing clothes (that resulted in him going on a hunt in the city for attire) and growing hair. He was ever observant of how she reacted to situations.

Isolated from the mortal world, a few decades passed with minimal interaction with humans…until one day where humans began entering the caves, coming in hoards. Boring yellow hats, machines and other noisy contraptions, these humans began drilling away at the rock formations inside the cave, searching for any sort of treasures and gems that they could find. With discovery imminent, the pair was forced to flee from the mountains and towards the nearby forests, which were also being altered by the work of humans—trees were cut down for wood and trash scattered throughout the fauna from the lumberjacks' "lunch breaks", as they were called. To Jasper, their home seemed disgusting now, defiled by debris and oil from machinery, and he figured they had no choice but to find somewhere else to spend their days, else the growing pollution in the atmosphere sicken them.

It wasn't until sometime later did the pair stumble upon a gateway, seemingly watched over by two large Darmatian statues… He did not know what world lay beyond the gates, but by the healthy, grassy environment surrounding the entrance, Jasper hoped the inside appeared just as good–if not better–than the out.

Loud, sudden noises will startle him into becoming defensive.
Has no problem with being stark naked at times and shows no embarrassment if caught or seeing someone that way.
His cloning number reflects his name based off of the keys of a telephone.
Jasper's power, at full capacity, is only 3/4 of the original Mewtwo's powers...so he is significantly weaker, being a clone.
Has very feline-like reflexives and is rather limber.
Among those years spent in the cave, Jasper used more primitive utensils of berries and other food-dye objects as painting devices. He's grown to appreciate art.
